Has anyone ever seen the "Refresh" button as shown in screenshot disappear before? My colleague does not have the refresh button for some reason

I have the refresh button, but she doesn't. anyone know why the refresh button wouldn't be there? We have reset the computer and logged in/logged out twice. Thanks all!
