RingCentral for Google desynch with Google everyday

Hello everyone,

Since few days, it seems that all my users have to resynch everyday with Google :

In normal case, this button only have to be pressed one and a single time, not everyday.

Any ideas on how to solve that ?

Please make sure that your RingCentral App is updated to the latest version. You may also try the suggestions in the screenshot below. If your issue is still unresolved, submit a ticket to Tech support at https://support.ringcentral.com/new-case.html
