Response has unsuccessful status and Refresh Token is missing

I am using this reference https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/messaging/fax/sending-faxes#javascript for fax send on javascript. And I got an error for response has unsuccessful status.

And also I can see a Refresh token is missing. I am not sure if what is all about this. I hope someone can help me for this one. Thank you!
