Webhook supscription events not received

OK TAXI 101
Today I'm not receiving webhooks notifications about account presence on Sandbox enviroment.
How can I know if the service is working properly?. I receive the subscription status "Active" when calling https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com/restapi/v1.0/subscription
It is the first time that I have this troubleshoot. I have tried to create new credentials but the problem persist.

If I subscribe to /restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/extension/{extensionId}/presence/dnd
I do receive the webhooks events of DND.
But I want to subscribe to all presence events of all account extensions

What is the exact event that does not work? How many user do you have in your sandbox account?

I do not receive any event after success subscription, we have 4 users on sandbox. I have tried to generate events on all users but still no webhooks are received.

I was asking which event type?
Instead of this company event
/restapi/v1.0/account/{accountId}/presenceCan you specify 4 separate extension events like this and check
/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{extensionId1}/presence
/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{extensionId2}/presence
/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{extensionId3}/presence
/restapi/v1.0/account/~/extension/{extensionId4}/presence

I tried this one yesterday but the same problem, no webhooks after successfully subscription. I'm going to try it today again.

It seems to be working today with
/restapi/v1.0/account/{
accountId}/presence
I really don't know what may be the cause this trouble yesterday.
