Call Queue Members and Forwarding

If someone is a member of a call queue and they forward their line (not the call queue (mainline) number), does a call that comes to the call queue that they're a member of get forwarded to them as well?

It should not forward to the call queue members since it's a direct forwarding.

But would the call that comes into the call queue, forward to that person that set up their own forward on their line?
So: Call to Queue ----> Call Queue members line rings as member of queue ------> forwards to their mobile phone
One thing to note, most of our users utilize a physical desk phone and not the RC App.

Ok, for some reason, when an end user sets up a forward in the portal, it only forwards their private line. Calls that come into the queue are not being forwarded. Any ideas?
