With our previous phone system, a caller would get our voicemail greeting; and for immediate help could hit something like "##" and be able to select another extension to be transferred to. For example, I call you and get your voicemail, but your voicemail greeting says, "For immediate help, press "WHAT GOES HERE" to select extension "XXXX" and "X" will be happy to help you. XXXX is another extension selected by caller. "X" is the person's name at that extension.

How can this be done so we can add this to our voicemail greeting?
