Multiple Active Directory Servers

Is it possible to configure more than one Active Directory instance ? For example 1 RC tenant for a group of 3 companies owned by the same organization who each have their own AD and and want to sync users in ?

I think you want to use multi-sites or maybe I am not understanding you?
