I can't exercise "Webhook Subscriptions" and "Call control" permissions

Hi! I'm having trouble with graduating my app.
I can't exercise "Webhook Subscriptions" and "Call control" permissions.
I'm using these permissions because i need to receive "Sip Data" in webhooks for Account Telephony Sessions Event.

So far i made several calls to
Get Subscription List
Create Subscription
Cancel Subscription
methods, but looks like it's not enough to exercise "Webhook Subscriptions" permission.

I would appreciate any suggestions on that should i do to exercise these permissions,
or if you could manually graduate my app.
