Why can I not do live chat all of a sudden?

I used to talk to agents all the time for help, but this past week I have not been able to do live chat support. Why is that?

This screenshot was taken on Chrome, but I did try using Edge as well. Still doesn't show up. I had some of my colleagues try it as well and still the same result.

I managed to get on a live chat with an agent on my phone app and we concluded that it is probably the network blocking the pop-up. I connected the machine to another network and the chat showed up.
