I'm not to RC and trying to schedule some meetings. I schedule them and then they disappear! I don't use any of the calendars listed - Does this mean I can never schedule meetings? in which case I'll need to go back to zoom.

If you selected the "Meetings info" instead of the available calendars listed, it will not appear in the schedule. That option is for you to customize how you want to send the invite to your attendees; you can invite thru email, SMS, or any other means. You have to copy the invitation link.

I don't really understand. I cant select any of the calendars as I don't have outlook, google calender or calender app on my pc. I use Mozilla Thunderbird.

How do I join my own meeting if I cant see the meeting anywhere in the software? Surely this could be made simpler?

The screenshot below is an example of the meeting invite draft that you can send to your participants after scheduling the meeting using the option "Meeting info."

Step 1: Scheduling a meeting. Note that I selected "Meeting Info."

screen-shot-2022-07-27-at-72823-am.pngStep 2: This will appear after clicking the "Schedule" button. This is the draft you can send through email or text to the participants who want to join the meeting. Click "Copy Invitation."screen-shot-2022-07-27-at-74428-am.png

Step 3: On the day of the scheduled meeting, you may join the meeting by clicking the link, too.

Thank you for your help.

It just feels deficient somehow. When I do this, and copy the invitation, it doesn't even include date and time! So if I have 10 meetings I need to schedule, and say I want to check I have done them right, there is no way to do this.

And if I select download ICS, it takes me to the folder system to choose a file, but there is no 'save button' so i actually cant download an ICS file to put in my email calendar
