Disable DTMF codes

Hi,

Could there be a way to disable DTMF codes? We have to test a fire alarm which includes pressing * when entering a code which then activates the DTMF shortcut rather than what we need the * function for.

From what I understand, this is not related to any of the APIs but to the App/Account instead.
If that is true, we can move this to the "Customer Community" space and someone might be able to provide more details there

Hi @Yatin Gera ,

I had raised this as a support case and was advised to log it here to request as a feature for an option to disable the DTMF codes. In a certain situation we need to be able to dial * for the purposes of the automated system we are calling, but it looks like this just enables the DTMF functions instead which is not helpful.

This portal is used to gather new ideas and depending on how many votes it gets, we plan to add the same to the product backlog

P.S - The website might be down due to a maintenance activity right now but this would be the best way to move this forward.
