Login to sandbox in new RingCentral app

How can I login to a sandbox environment using the new "classic" RingCentral app (the one which is currently being promoted as a successor of a previous RC Phone app)?

In the RC Phone app I used to press Ctrl+F2, however this combination is no longer works in the new app. Is there any some other kind of hotkey there?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

What I mean is to have the app log in via https://login.devtest.ringcentral.com instead of https://login.ringcentral.com

Unfortunately, it does not support sandbox mode. You can only use the RC Phone app for testing purpose.

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
  • On Windows: press "Ctrl + F2" keys
