Room App SIP CallOut using Voice API

Hi,

I have this setup with a RingCentral Room app hooked to a SIP system.

The RingCentral Room App SIP integration is tied to a specific extension.

Is there a way using some API to make a CallOut using this SIP system thru the Room App?


Right now I am trying using the Voice API and the sessions always Disconnects before ringing.

I think this is about Room app configs or plug-in feature. Can you ask this question here https://support.ringcentral.com/s/?language=en_US to have a better chance to get a proper answer.

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:
