Hi All,

I have checked on some posts here mentioned about the call queue management could change the user status for "Accept call queue", but seems like that's a beta version.
Does anyone know if this function has been enabled in AU or only for some regional?

Hi @Terry Ng, Remote Member Management is available to all brands, but it is only turned on by default for Premium and Ultimate Plans. If you are interested in getting this feature, email us at community.support@ringcentral.com.
