Add a Common Phone for Front Desk

Patient Assistance

We run a retail business with a physical location. Typically we have one person at the desk to handle incoming calls. They typically use the ringcentral app on their phone but they cannot receive calls because they have an old cellphone sometimes and we are losing alot of calls. How can I add a single physical phone that will ring to our main number? Will the Desktop App have to be open for this phone to work?

Hello @Patient Assistance, check this KB article for the list of supported desk phones. You don't need to open the desktop app to use the desk phone.
