I would like to change the routing of calls from specific contacts to specific extensions. For example. we have two offices with distinct local numbers. I would like for any call from Mike Smith to go to extension 98 regardless of the number he called. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You need to create a custom answering rule based on the Caller ID in the Auto-receptionist. You can follow the steps on the KB article below.
