Our handset is an hour ahead and I can not get the setting to save when correcting it. Yealink Model W56H

You can adjust the Regional Settings in the online portal at the deskphone's user extension. Please check the KB article at https://support.ringcentral.com/article/5-10-Editing-your-Extension-s-Business-Hours-Rules-via-Web.html
