Often times throughout the day and week, I find that the Sales Reps are not logging into their RingCentral Dialer in Salesforce. RingCentral Reports in Salesforce depend on the Sales Reps logging into the RingCentral Dialer for Salesforce every morning and making sure they are logged into the RingCentral Dialer for Salesforce for the entire work day. It would be nice if there was a auto login which might require more integration with Salesforce, like managing licenses for RingCentral Dialer Salesforce Users within Installed Packages in Salesforce.
