Integration: relateIQ CRM

I would like to request a RelateIQ CRM integration. They are a Salesforce.com product that we are using as our CRM tool.

For readers of this post who would like this integration to be offered, please be sure to click the "Like" button at the top of this page to show your interest. This is one of the things our product teams look at when considering new ideas.

As Jitender stated, we haven't created an integration with SalesforceIQ (aka RelateIQ) yet. The good news is you can use your RingCentral account to develop this integration and tailor it to suit your needs. We (RingCentral Developer Relations Team) will be here to guide you, answer your questions, and will work with you to get your app into production so you can be the hero who delivered this valuable integration for your company.

Complete list of RingCentral SDKs on Github:  https://github.com/ringcentral
Location for SalesforceIQ's API & Integration Documentation:  https://help.salesforceiq.com/lessons/advanced-topics/api-and-zapier-integrations

How to begin...
  1. Read the RingCentral Developer Tutorials (https://developers.ringcentral.com/library/tutorials.html)
  2. Login to the Developer Portal at (https://developers.ringcentral.com/login.html)
  3. You'll need a place to host your app code and to define your app's RingCentral Redirect URL
  4. Register a new app (in your case: RelateIQ-Integration)
  5. Create a Sandbox Account (used for development of your RingCentral Integration)
List of useful RingCentral Developer Resources including our API Explorer, links to our SDKs, and video tutorials:  http://ringcentral.github.io/

If you have any questions about developing your app with RingCentral, feel free to ask it in our developer community:  https://devcommunity.ringcentral.com/ringcentraldev

Next, you'll want to:
  1. Login to your SalesforceIQ account, if you haven't already
  2. Follow the directions for creating a custom integration on SalesforceIQ here: https://help.salesforceiq.com/lessons/advanced-topics/api-and-zapier-integrations#set-up-api-access
  3. Build your integration just the way your business needs it
