I want callers to hear a prompt one time and no more in my IVR even if they don't press anything. It would seem that the default of 3 loops through the message is hard coded. Is it? Or is there some way to change that value of 3 to 1?

I'm actually using the IVR as a holding cell for the call so I can do a database dip and then forward the call. I want to play the message please hold while we direct your call to the appropriate person... [a bit of music]" then if my database dip takes too long I want the call to move onto the next step in the flow.
