Port Out Address Error

Im trying to port out my RingCentral to number to a different carrier. They keep telling the zip code is whats make the port not going through. The zipcode is what I have on my RingCentral number but the carrier keeps rejecting. I can not afford to lose my ringcentral number.

ok.. Because I have reached out to my winning carrier multiple times and they say that their is an issue with the address.
