Campaign Registration Unsuccessful

We use our RingCentral number to communicate with our clients or other people involved in our transaction to send updates only. We also use it to contact other businesses if we need their service for our project. Unfortunately, the registration is unsuccessful due to the following:

Campaign Attributes do not match website and/or sample message content.
Inconsistency between website, brand name, and/or sample messages or inconsistent sample messages

We are not using it for text marketing. How are we suppose to to register this as a campaign?

Hey, @Peachtree Road Office Even if you are using conversational texting, you need to register your business.

You can work with the dedicated TCR Support Team at this number: (855) 925-8622 to walk through registration and address these errors in your registration.
