I have submitted Brand (Brand ID BCJXZQ1) 15 days ago. It is not approved yet.

How much time it will take to approve?

This is pretty atypical, usually brand registrations take 10-15 minutes unless there is an outage or other issue. Confirmed your campaign is still pending and have asked for it to be reviewed.
