What is an SMS Campaign?

I’ve registered with TCR for my brand (my company) and a “campaign”. But I can‘t find any explanation of what a campaign is?

I mostly text with clients to schedule/confirm appointments. Is that a campaign? And do I have to do something else before 3/31 in order to continue this practice?

@Dr. Deb Ferguson The "campaign" is your use case, or as you put it, "I mostly text with clients to schedule/confirm appointments. "
If you have submitted both, I think you're in good shape.
