SMS campaign low volume adding of numbers

Do we have to add all contact information of vendors and people we contact in the SMS campaign? Does that mean that any new number that is not added on the campaign will not allow us to message each time? If YEs, do we manually add each number in this campaign? This is just confusing.

@Christine De Leon, it's really not about the numbers you are texting, but rather the numbers that you are texting from.
