After turning off HV SMS, the standard SMS sending function in the RingCentral APP is back, but the SMS cannot be delivered. When I sent a test SMS a few seconds later, it said "The Message could not be delivered" . Close HV SMS related this question

@Frank Gao There is a SMS outage happening right now.
You can monitor this issue on our Status Site where we will update with resolution.

@Becky-Community_Manager I tried sending SMS again today and the number end with 3316 still can't be sent. I have looked at the Status Site page and all the statuses are Good

@Frank Gao There is an ongoing issue.
If you visit the status site and click on SMS you will see the notice.
There is also further information closer to the top of the page with "Incident Status Updates.

In other words Ring Central has no idea when this problem will be fixed. These updates are useless, we need real information on what is going on, what is our workaround and when will this be fixed. How are we as business owners supposed to run a business if we cannot contact our clients.

All I can do is update you here when I have new information.

What is the time frame for this being fixed? This has been going on all week. Is the time frame 12 hours, 24 hours, 10 days? This getting updated daily is not enough, we need actual answers.

I understand you do not have the info, but somebody at Ring Central does. There is some developer who is working this problem who has the answer.
