NEED SMS ASAP

I have been trying to get SMS approval for over a month. I spend 2 hours a day on hold with Ring central. This is truly affecting our business and every time I call I am transferred multiple times to diff people until I am finally hung up on with no call back. This is so disappointing. I just do not understand why someone can not just tell me what the issue is. Feels like I am calling a company that has 4 employees in the Philippines who are very friendly but have no authorization to do anything. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?? Just don't know what to do anymore.

@Michael Giterman My team is looking into your registration with the TCR Program Managers. Please give us some time to dig into this.

Nobody is responding to anyone on this issue. "Looking into it" isn't worth a dime. "Give us some time" isn't working. We need SMS. We pay for SMS. And the support cases go UNANSWERED. And actual account reps just forward me to support cases.
