Hello ,

I'm using RingCentral Webphone. I tested it with my sandbox credentials so it is working fine means I'm able to call to a particular number ... but when I switch from sandbox to production credentials I'm getting the response where provider says that "the number you have dialed is temporarily unavailable , good bye" can anybody help me out what is wrong ..!

What is that RingCentral Web phone?

I am calling Ringcentral WebPhone to this ringcentral-web-phone/index.js at master · ringcentral/ringcentral-web-phone (github.com) .

First of all, try the official RingCentral app. app.ringcentral.com. or download iOS/Android app. Just make sure that there is no problem with your production account. It may not be a web phone programming issue.
