I super appreciate it, I'd love to hear what you find. When I generate meetings via the Scheduler Add-On App ->

They do not show up on the RingCentral 'Scheduled Meetings' -> If I tie my Outlook Calendar to RingCentral App -> They do show up

When clicking the ... for more information on the meeting, more specifically, adjust details. As an example, 'waiting room' vs 'no waiting room'

Meetings with scheduler are not adjustable; meetings created directly via the app itself are capable of modification.

I'd love to see what they find out

Just to clarify, are you using RingCentral Meetings or RingCentral Video?

I believe I'm running RCV, however, I'd like to double check on this information. Can you provide me some instructions on how to check if I'm running RCV vs RCM.

When we set up Video Meetings -> Their run on Zoom, so I'm thinking RCV
