Split billing and login email information?

Hi there? I'm running into an issue where the login email is currently set to our billing department. I often have to call them to ask for an access code to setup new users with the RingCentral app. Is there a way to separate the login email to something IT controls and have the monthly billing go to the billing department?

Hi Trinity, to clarify, do you want to have a different email where the admin access code is being sent?

Yes. Send the admin code to a specific email, and the billing invoices to another email.

In the Admin Portal, there is an option to change the Billing Contact Information.

Go to Billing > Payment Method > Click Edit under Billing Contact Information.
