Microsoft Global Address List (GAL) contacts integration does not work

I first asked this question in September 2021 and you have deleted the question with no answer.
Then I logged a support ticket and you just closed the ticket.
Can we get this fixed please?
The announcement text for this feature read
"Microsoft Global Address List (GAL) and Google Directory contacts integration
Connect to your contacts from GAL and Google Directory from within the RingCentral app."

This is misleading and doesn't work, it ignores contact records in the Microsoft Global address list and only lists user objects !

Sadly, just like everything else I have raised - I don't think this will be fixed.
