I am having the same issue with my Sandbox. Client ID:3DX2no43QFmBMxrTwVp2Mw

Could you either enable Automatic Call recording or help us graduate our app out of sandbox? We are a UK based sandbox. From what I have seen other users have experienced something similar and needed their App manually Graduated
