It is taking about 3 minutes for your app to open now on my PC. This is happening to other people in my office as well too. Why?

It is now taking about 3 minutes for this app to open every morning on my PC. This is not just on my computer other people in my office are also having this same issue.

Hi @Laurie Holste-Taylor, please uninstall/reinstall your app to ensure it is up to date. Let me know if it's still the same.

In Desktop clear the temp folder and in mobile try clearing application cache and then try again.

Where do I find the temp folder to clear it? I didn't see anything under settings?
