When trying to delete a user or extension via the API, if you get this scary error:

 {
     "message" : "Internal Server Error. Consult RC Support.",
     "errors" : [{
         "errorCode" : "JWS-000",
         "message" : "Internal Server Error. Consult RC Support."
     }]
 }

Then there is a resolution developers should try prior to contacting support. Login into the RingCentral Admin Portal as a Super Admin. Then, find the user that can't be deleted, and unlink all devices and digital lines associated with their extension. Then try the API call again and the problem should go away. If the problem persists, please report the issue to RingCentral support.
