At RingCentral, we have multiple ways for developers to understand their call performance related information. The two important set of APIs are Call Log APIs and Line of Business (LOB) Analytics APIs.

The Call Log API is suitable for hop-by-hop call analysis on individual call basis. The LOB Analytics APIs are suitable for performing call analysis on an aggregate of calls.

Both set of APIs provide different types of filters to get data out data by using conditional logic for example you can easily parse time spent in ringing, holds etc with LOB Analytics APIs.
